Do I need to be at home during the service?

No need to be at home. Just make sure we have access to all areas, windows are shut, and any items that might get damaged are put away.

Do we come on site for quotes?

Not necessarily. We often provide quotes using online property information. If more information is needed, we may arrange a site visit.

How often should I get a house or building wash?

We recommend an annual house wash. It helps prolong your paint’s life and keeps your home clean and healthy.

Are the chemicals used for a house wash safe?

Yes, the chemicals we use are safe and biodegradable.

What is included in a house wash?

A house wash includes cleaning everything from the gutters down, including exterior walls, windows, soffits, the face of gutters, and downpipes. Roofs, decks, and canopies are excluded.

Do we disconnect the downpipes when doing a roof treatment?

Only if you use tank water. You'll need to liaise with your plumber to disconnect and reconnect the downpipes before and after our service.

What is soft washing?

Soft washing is a technique using low water pressure along with a mix of products, mold killers, and cleaning agents. It's effective for delicate surfaces like windows and cedar cladding, removing dirt and killing mold and mildew.
